bonjour,
j'arrive pas à faire la maj,ça me dit "Erreur lors du téléchargement de la mise à jour.
Vérifiez votre connexion au réseau ou réessayez plus tard !"
et quand j'essaye en ligne de commande (cd domoticz ./updaterelease) cela m'affiche "Permission non accordée".
quelqu'un à une idée??

Tu es sur quel système ? Tu t'y connectes avec quel utilisateur : celui qui a installé DomoticZ au départ ?

Le problème de téléchargement pourrait être expliqué par un problème de droits sur le dossier DomoticZ, où le script télécharge l'archive de mise à jour.

Alors domoticz est installé sur une raspberry pi sous raspbian et j'utilise mon pc windows avec vnc viewer pour accéder au raspberry.
j'ai essayé aussi en ssh avec une appli sur mon tel mais çà ne marche pas non plus.
Et pour me connecter, j'utilise le nom et mdp que j'ai configuré dans parametre-securité de domoticz.

Peux tu te connecter en SSH et saisir la commande suivante :

sudo apt update -y

As tu un message d'erreur ?

alors j ai essayé la commande "sudo apt update -y"
et voila ce que ca donne:

bonsoir,

le site domoticz.com ne propose plus que la version 2021 stable...Je voudrai revenir a la version 2020 car j'ai des plugins qui ne s'installent pas dans la dernière version.
ou puis je récupérer la version 2020 stable...?

bonjour a tous,
j'ai résolu mon problème de téléchargement de la mise à jour avec domoticz installé sur raspberry pi (permission non accordée quand je faisais" ./updaterelease "sous ssh).
Je donne la manip, si cela peut aider quelqu'un car moi j'ai galéré pour trouver:
sudo chmod +x updaterelease
sudo chmod +x domoticz.sh
./updaterelease
Voila, j'ai pas trop compris pourquoi mais bon ça marche!
Je trouve bizarre d'ailleurs que je sois le seul à avoir eu ce problème.

os buster Linux raspberrypi 5.10.32-v7+ sur RPI2
domoticz Version: 2020.2

je viens ajouter mon expérience sur le sujet, car suite à la maj via l'interface mon service domoticz restait en active(exited), donc crash avec cette info dans domoticz_crash.log
Error: Domoticz(pid:1223, tid:1234('MainWorker')) received fatal signal 6 (Aborted)

Action 1 : je repars sur la carte de sauvegarde faite avec sudo rpi-clone sda,
nada ca ne redémarre pas :shock:

Action2 : suppression des infos domoticz
service domoticz stop
remove the domoticz folder with binary and all subdirs
sudo rm -r /etc/domoticz
sudo rm /etc/init.d/domoticz.sh
sudo rm -r /home/pi/domoticz
je réinstalle un domoticz via la commande curl -sSL install.domoticz.com | sudo bash avec restauration de la dernière sauvegarde de base et la crash :( normale puisque ma base ancienne version n'est pas utilisable avec la dernière version
je réinstalle une version antérieure avec restauration de la base et la crash aussi :oops:

Action 3 : je recopie donc mon répertoire domoticz de ma carte usb(sd) backup de sauvegarde vers ma carte sd de prod la tout refonctionne

je ne comprend tjs pas pourquoi ma carte sd de backup ne fonctionne pas, avec quoi vous faites vos sauvegardes de l'OS et les datas de la carte ?

Action4 : refaire la migration, si vous avez un cron ne pas oublier de le désactiver service cron stop,je pense que ce sont les process du cron qui ont corrompu ma migration

je viens de la refaire et rebelote plantage service domoticz, bon retour arrière fait :D

Je n'ai pas la réponse mais:
1- Une ancienne base est toujours compatible avec une nouvelle version de domoticz (heureusement !) mais l'inverse n'est pas vrai.
2- Pour sauvegarder domoticz il suffit de copier le dossier /home/pi/domoticz avec cp -a , quelque part (sur un autre serveur linux de préférence). Ne pas oublier l'option -a pour copier les sous-dossiers et préserver les permissions.
