Perte accès suite reboot

Bonjour,

Pour une fois je fais appel à vous. Je galère depuis mon dernier reboot ou je n'accède plus à domoticz.
J'ai testé tellement de choses que je ne saurai vous les lister.
La situation:
Je suis sous buster (pi 3b+), en version beta (pas la dernière car je fait une maj tous les 6mois). Je fais un backup journalier de ma BDD et une fois par semaine la sd complète.
Les symptomes:
J'avais un nouveau device qui remontait pas bien, j'ai fait un "redémarrer" via l'interface Domoticz et depuis plus d'interface (ni d'application). Reboot du pi complet idem.
Ma BDD fait environ 5Mo (j'ai pas mal d'années là dessus), j'ai fait un "pragma integrity_check;" via sqlite manager (firefox) et la réponse est ok.
Je dois faire un sudo service domoticz.sh restart pour avoir le service en running.
Point important: Domoticz semble bien lancé, je reçois des notifications, mais je n'ai pas accès à une quelconque interface.

Ce que j'ai testé:
maj via ./updatebeta
ancienne version de BDD
restauration complète d'une SD d'il y a 1 mois (oui incroyable j'ai le même symptôme, bon en même temps je reboot jamais et je suis sur onduleur) --> la je me suis dit j'ai un souci hardware
changement de SD --> pareil
changement d'alim --> pas mieux
suppression des dossiers domoticz et réinstall de domoticz, cela boot bien et quand je mets ma BDD j'ai beaucoup d'erreur (je dois faire une dizaine de service restart avant que ça tienne) mais j'ai aussi les plugins manquants. Bref restaurer via cette méthode ce n'est pas vraiment possible.

J'ai voulu récupérer des logs (enlevé le # dans domoticz.sh mais je ne vois pas de log apparaitre).

Afin de ne pas tout casser car je tiens à ma BDD et les plugins, il y a tellement de message d'erreur via la nouvelle installation + BDD, je pense qu'il est préférable de trouver ce qui bloque sur mon dernier backup complet qui semble tourner actuellement (enfin j'ai quelques notifications donc j'ose espérer que tout tourne)

Bonus: cela m'a permis de constater que je fais mes backup complet la nuit ... quand l'alarme est active ... et donc là je tourne avec domoticz en mode alarme que je ne peux désactiver :'(

J'ai re-vérifié la base avec sqlite3 directement du raspberry.

résultat ok (au passage ma base à perdu 1mo en taille)

J'ai omis de préciser que parfois j'ai directement une page "404 not found" et sinon ça mouline à l'infini.
Avec l'application, pareil ça cherche, ça cherche sans y arriver alors que quand je fait service stop, j'ai directement un message d'indisponibilité.

Via FING (logiciel réseau android), j'ai bien les ports 8080 et 443 ouverts.

ce message indique que le plugin essaye d'ouvrir le port /dev/ttyUSB1 mais échoue ... Assure-toi que c'est bien le port ttyUSB1 sur lequel la ZiGate est connectée

Le problème étant que je ne peux accéder à l'interface pour éventuellement autoriser les nouveaux appareils.
J'ai peut-être un soucis avec mon port dev/ttyUSB1 mais j'ai du mal a comprendre comment cela peut bloquer domoticz à ce point.

Au final, j'ai remis un très vieux backup de ma SD, mis à jour, viré tous les plugins et chargement d'une BDD récente: ça tourne mais sans mes plugins. Je n'ai pas tout perdu mais pas compris le problème (et c'est inquiétant pour moi).

Après de longues heures à suer cela semble tourner de nouveau.
Je n'ai plus aucune notification sur mes téléphone.
Que dois-je réinitialiser pour que cela reparte?

Enlever tous mes appareils mobile, enlever toutes les notifications et les remettre?
